Lorinda got her start in property management in 1999 while living in Tennessee pursuing a career in music.  Needing to find a day job to pay her bills, she accepted a position as a leasing consultant in the apartment community where she lived. Not only did she enjoy leasing apartments, but discovered that she also had a natural talent for the industry.  Within a short period of time, she changed her career focus from music to property management.  Upon moving back to Pennsylvania in 2001, she joined RP Management as an Assistant Community Manager.  Since that time she has advanced through the company holding positions as Community Manager, Training Specialist and her current position as Asset Manager.  Her hands-on knowledge of the various positions throughout the company enables her to offer insight and support to the Community Managers that she oversees.  

Lorinda earned her BA in Music Performance/Cello from Millersville University.
