Eric Meese joined RP Management Inc. in 1997 as a Lead Maintenance Tech overseeing three properties. In 1999 he was promoted to a Senior Roaming Specialist position, which included travel to all properties within RP Management’s portfolio. In 2003 Eric was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance. He maintained his duties as a Senior Tech while taking on additional responsibilities assigned to him by the Director of Maintenance.

As of January 1, 2008 Mr. Meese is now the Director of Maintenance, and is responsible for arranging all construction and vendor contracts for RP Management, along with overseeing a staff of Roaming Maintenance Technicians.

Prior to joining RP Management, Mr. Meese spent four years with Samson Management, as an on-site maintenance technician.
 
Mr. Meese is a graduate of Wilkes-Barre Vocational / Technical School, where he studied electrical construction. He also holds an EPA universal certification, and a commercial pesticide applicator certification.
