The Specialized Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of technical building maintenance and emergency repair at their assigned property(ies), in a timely and proficient manner.

Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy; |

Completing resident work order requests; |
| • |
Assisting the Lead Maintenance Technician in inventory control; |
| • |
Troubleshooting, installing, and repairing of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; |
| • |
Replacing and/or repairing all apartment appliances; |
| • |
Installing and repairing plumbing and electrical fixtures; |
| • |
Working a routine on-call emergency response schedule; |
| • |
Performing snow removal; |
| • |
Maintaining equipment, storage, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition; |
| • |
Maintaining grounds on a daily basis; and |
| • |
Communicating effectively with the Community Manager on all maintenance issues. |
