High Pointe Overlook

The High Pointe Overlook Apartments will be RP Management’s first venture into new construction and one that we are very excited about.  With beautiful floor plans and the best views in the Harrisburg region, the first apartments are scheduled for delivery in the fall of 2009.  The Overlook will offer spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with den, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments.  All units will have full stainless steel appliance packages with in-unit full-size washers and dryers.  Residents of the Overlook will have the added benefit of using the amenity package at High Pointe Club Apartments which includes a spacious clubhouse, well-equipped fitness center, cyber café, beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court.  In addition, we are adding a first-rate dog park for all of our pet lovers.  The Overlook will truly offer the best in Harrisburg apartment living.  Don’t miss out—the apartments will be gone quickly!

RP Management's Safety Committee

RP Management’s Safety Committee consists of a representative from each location, Director or Maintenance, Asset Manager, and Controller for a total of 16 members. The Committee meets once per month to discuss all safety concerns for each property and in turn discuss the best way to resolve potential issues. The Committee makes it a point not only to discuss accidents that occur, but near misses as well, as it’s an important tool to help prevent accidents in the future. The Safety Committee recently applied for the Pennsylvania Governor’s Award for Safety Excellence which is a highly competitive award that recognizes successful employer-employee safety programs that result in the achievement of safety excellence. RP’s Safety Committee hopes their commitment to safety in the workplace will help win this award.

Office News

On May 8, 2009 we had our Annual Employee Gathering at an RP sponsored Reading Phillies game at FirstEnergy Stadium in Reading, Pennsylvania. RP’s Asset Manager, Lorinda Willner, sang the National Anthem and Vice President, Michael Cohen, threw the first pitch. It was a successful family event filled with fun, great food, and of course a Reading Phillies victory. The amazing fireworks were the perfect ending to a perfect evening.
